I have worked with her on many projects over the years. She first made curtains for my Dad’s senior apartment. She engaged him in decisions to make it just right for him. Kristin did the same for me when I moved from one place to another. I find her to be respectful, attentive, and creative helping me decide on bedding, pillows, and quilts, her specialty.

Patty Heffernan, Cazenovia, NY

I can’t begin to express how thrilled I am with the three quilts, works of art, Kristin Morrow uniquely created for me. Each piece is a total expression of the personal attention she puts into her artwork. Her efforts are extraordinary, special and one of a kind masterpieces.

One quilt she fashioned is an Americana wallhanging flag for a special birthday for my husband. The next project she made was a “Crazy Quilt”. I found a bag of quilt squares amongst my grandmother’s belongings that she finished into a beautiful work of art. The most recent quilt she completed was a “Wedding Quilt” from my mother’s wedding gown, veil and peignoir. Oh the detail!!
Each piece is finished with a plaque which is dated, signed and has a little history of the quilt’s origin. She is a very talented artist and I highly recommend her for your quilt needs.

Thank you Kristin, for all the beautiful pieces that I will always cherish and eventually pass on to other generations.

Having known Kristin since her pre-quilting days, I can say that she has a passion for the craft like no one else I know – and I know many skilled “quilty ladies”. Her love for the art and her eye for design comes through with every project she works on. Whether it is cutting, piecing, appliquéing, quilting or finishing, her skills are extraordinary. She treasures old quilts for the stories they share and the craftsmanship they exemplify. Her quilt restoration and repair skills are unmatched. She is truly a gifted quilter with fine, even stitching and creative use of templates and designs. I am a “piecer” and do not care to do the quilting myself, so have had the pleasure of letting Kristin finish one of my recent projects. She was quick to finish the project and it is one of my favorite pieces. She puts a personal touch in every quilt she works on and I can tell she truly loves her work. The joy she shares in the craft, the history and the stories with each quilt and its owner makes working with Kristin a blessing.
