General Ordering Procedure
All orders are filled in the order received. We do not accept credit cards. You may do one of the following:
- Call with your order at (315) 662 -3474.
- Use our contact form.
- Mail your order to Quilt Traditions 2585 Stanton Rd. New Woodstock, NY 13122
Upon selecting a quilt, please send a check made out to Quilt Traditions and include $18 for shipping and insurance. New York State residents, please include 8% sales tax on the cost of the item(s). Five days after receiving your order, we will ship the order via UPS Postal Service in the United States.
Finishing and Binding
For custom quilt orders and/or finishing/binding services, please contact us to discuss your needs. We will call or email you to go over every detail to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the quilt once you receive it, you have 48 hours to return it. Please first contact us by phone or email prior to shipping any item. Insure it for full value, wrap it in a sealed plastic bag and ship it back to us. It must be returned in the same condition as was sent. Your purchase price minus shipping will be refunded.
